Crumbacher Estates Development:

Crumbacher Estates was originally owned by John Oakes, who platted the development in 1975. The plat divided 108.5 acres into 47 lots ranging in size from 0.8 to 4.9 acres.

In 1976, the Pine Cone Estates re-platted fifteen of the original lots, to create an additional ten lots, for a current total of 57 lots in the Crumbacher Estates Owners Association.

These properties lie between Highway 97 and Crumbacher Road, and include the lots from the south side of Norway Pines Drive to the north side of Oakes Drive and Pine Drive.

The development is served by a Group 'A' public water system and is accessed by several privately maintained roads. Activities within the development are governed by protective covenants and overseen by an elected board of directors
